All products in our store are covered under warranty by their respective manufacturers or importers. Each brand’s warranty terms will apply. On our website, www.vitaminuna.com, we do not sell any products that violate the law. The medical products we sell fall within the scope of over-the-counter products. All non-prescription products are registered in the Republic of Turkey, and we guarantee that they are approved by the Ministry of Health and Agriculture.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days after you receive your shipment. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food and flowers.
  • Personalized products.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Health and personal care items that have been used, such as opened children’s syrups or opened food supplements.

Non-Returnable Items

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If damage occurred during transportation, we will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 to 6 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are found to be defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at {[email protected]} for instructions on where to send the item in your country.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us at {[email protected]} for detailed instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, and these costs will be clearly itemized on your invoice. The return shipping cost will depend on the weight and quantity of your order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you could take up to 14 days.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking service. The return address will be the same as the sender’s address on your invoice.
